Ivana Kojić - Founder of KOJIC LEGAL

Ivana Kojic is qualified lawyer and member of Bar Association of Montenegro since 2009. With deep knowledge of Montenegrin law and court practice she delivers fast and effective consultations to the clients. Her practice is mostly focused on corporate and M&A matters, energy, intellectual property, real estate, and infrastructure.
Ivana started a legal career in 2007 in cooperation with one of the leading regional law offices from Belgrade, Serbia. She has been closely involved in some of the first and largest mergers and acquisitions and privatization projects in Montenegro. Also, she represented clients who are the leaders in various industries regarding complex multi-disciplinary legal matters in Montenegro.
Since 2012, Ivana has been an independent legal practitioner advising international and domestic businesses and providing strategic advice on the deal process. She has a strong reputation in advising one of the leading Italian transmission system operators on large-scale energy and infrastructure project in Montenegro over the last decade and continue to do so. She is also external consultant of the world’s international financial organization and external consultant of the world’s largest audit companies.
